ABOUT SUZANNE

Suzanne R. Neusner graduated from the Tyler School of Fine Arts where she majored in printmaking. Her fine arts education with stress on design and technique established a standard for her future work.

Her first serious work involved linocuts, and stained glass. Living in Providence, she took advantage of RISD's opportunities and studied tapestry weaving, thus immersing herself in the fiber medium.  Tapestries yielded to quilts which is the medium that has held her interests for the longest duration. She has had one-woman shows in Providence, RI, Spencertown, NY, Kingston, NY, Little Falls, NY, and Poughkeepsie, NY. She has also shown her work in international and national juried art shows. Many of her creations have appeared as covers for publishers including Penguin, Routledge, Global Publications, McGill-Queens University Press, and Vallentine-Mitchell Press.

She currently resides in New York State.
